Vybar 103 from Candlewic.
Color is BitterCreek North liquid, bayberry/eucalyptus, 3 drops/#.
Scent is Tradewinds Blackberry Sage.

These are using no Vybar. From left to right, they are scented with 0 oz, 1 oz, and 1.5 oz of FO. 64*, 47% humidity. Aluminum molds, warm to touch.
1. Color @ 180, pour 165.
2. FO 180, color 170, pour 165.
3. FO 175, color 165, pour 160.
The first pillar on the left (no vybar, no FO) looks like dark green marble countertop, darker than others. Beautiful and shiny!
Cold throw seems diminished with no vybar. Could be why some who don't use vybar say cold throw isn't great.
These 2 pillars use 1.5t Vybar. From left to right, they are scented with 1 oz and 1.5 oz FO. 68.5*, 45% humidity.
One side of 1.5 oz FO is clear - temperature? Don't know if it was facing aisle or wall.
Bottom of mold cools faster (Roberta confirmed w/ plastic mold-heat rises) - smaller patches, more even on the top of the candle.
Top of mold exposed to air cools slower (Roberta confirmed w/ plastic mold-heat rises) - fewer, larger patches on the bottom of the candle.
Both of these have lighter color than no vybar batches above.
Cold throw seems back to normal. Not much difference between 1 & 1.5 oz.
Closeup of 1.5t Vybar , 1.0 oz FO
These use 2t Vybar. Left to right, they are scented with 1 oz and 1.5 oz FO. 65.5*, 55% humidity
Both still have light spots. The 1 oz FO pillar doesn't have as many.
The 1.5 oz scented pillar has great cold throw, noticably better than 1 oz.
Spots still too noticable.
The left pillar is the same one as above - 2t vybar, 1 oz FO.
The right pillar is the 2t vybar/1.5oz FO, but was wrapped in a cold cloth after pouring.
Spots are gone. Color has changed and is much lighter. Basically, candle is now color of the light spots. (Water batch would probably work as well)
Tried the cold cloth with the no vybar/no FO pillar. No change in appearance.
Look at difference in color between no vybar/no FO vs 2t vybar/1.5oz FO.
What vybar is doing is "integrating" everything so the whole color is the same as the light spots. With the cold cloth cooling, candle was even lighter than this.
