Our only catalogue is this website. At this time, we can only accomodate US customers, unless you are personally known to us. If you are interested in a wholesale account ($120 minimum), we will email you back with a request for a copy of your resale certificate along with other information before sending you detail wholesale prices. We also do not send out free samples - you will need to purchase retail (we suggest lip balms or our 5 soap sample set), but if accepted for a wholesale account, part of your retail purchase may be credited on your first wholesale purchase. (Your retail purchase must include a reference to a possible wholesale order.)
We reserve the right to add/amend these terms and conditions as necessary at any time.
Shopping Cart
We use the osCommerce shopping cart system, which is a common internet system that resides on our very secure server. We are protected by the Comodo SSL Certificate System. Once you add items to the cart, you can easily change quantities or remove them before you get to the payment screens.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal check, and PayPal cash transfer in USD only.
Once you have finalized a transaction, you will receive an email detailing your purchase.
If you have paid by credit card, your transaction will be identified with the address "sales@watersgulch.com" on your statement. Your card isn't charged until the shipping costs are determined and your order is shipped.
If you have paid by personal check, please do not send it until you have received the final total, which will include actual shipping. Once we have received and cleared your payment, your order will be shipped. If your payment doesn't reach us within 10 business days, your order will be cancelled, and you will be notified of the cancellation via email. You will be charged a NSF fee on all returned checks. If you have paid through PayPal, please do not transfer money until we send you the money request with the final total, including exact shipping. The money request will come from 'sales@watersgulch.com'. Once we receive the transfer, your package will be shipped.
Your Personal Information
We collect a minimum amount of information to process your order. This information is only used to process your payment and shipment, and is never shared with anyone.
ShippingSoaps are usually in stock - if not, there will be a 3 week lead time (curing). Candle products are made to order. The maximum you should have to wait before shipment is 2 weeks. At times we might be waiting on supplies; we'll let you know about any unforseen delays. Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours after the order is placed. After that, we require a $10 restocking fee.
The shipping charges on the shopping cart come directly from the UPS and USPS websites, based on your state and shipping from Oregon zip code 97530. If you have a specific request, please add that comment to your order. Your final invoice will reflect the actual amount of the shipping charge - we do not charge you a handling fee.If you are local to the Medford, OR area you may be able to avoid shipping charges - ask for "pickup" in the comment box of the order, call, or email us and we'll see what we can do.
Returns Due to the nature of soap & personal body care products, returns and/or exchanges are not accepted.
Remember not all people like all scents, and some scents are just naturally 'lighter' than others. We suggest that you buy small items first if you are unsure whether you will like the scents or not. If a product has been damaged during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. Our rules for damaged goods are:
1: You must contact us via phone or email before returning the damaged product. Any returns without personal contact will not be honored.
2: Product must be returned for verification along with a description of the damage.
3: Upon verification, the replacement will be for the same product and scent as the original order, or a store credit, and your return shipping charge will be credited back to you.
We value your business, but we can refuse the return, and that decision will be final. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
